These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the lead generation services provided by Lead Recharge ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Services:
Lead Recharge provides lead generation services to businesses seeking to acquire qualified leads for their products or services. Our services may include but are not limited to, strategic planning, campaign management, lead nurturing, and analytics.
- a) We cannot guarantee that a user can send queries to many places including leadrecharge.com & other associated websites. The user is free to send queries so the customer who is taking our services doesn't need to be getting exclusive leads, although we share the exclusive data with our customers.
- b) We don't guarantee that every lead is authenticated. During the process of verification, users are free to confirm or deny a customer’s request call, it is subject to the user's consent who is sending a query to Lead Recharge & its associated websites. Lead Recharge is not taking any accountability for any single query.
- c) Once a lead is transferred to the customer, we, Lead Recharge, don’t have any concern with the transferred lead.
2. User Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration:
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Payment and Fees:
Our services may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed to you before the commencement of any services. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services by the terms specified in our billing agreement.
- a) It's a Pre-paid service for which you are agreeing to receive a specific amount of leads & we, leadrecharge.com pledged to give you a specific amount of leads but not limited to within a specific period of time due to fluctuation in the demand for a specific business for which Lead Recharge is agreeing.
- b) Refunds. Once you pre-paid & purchased the package, you have agreed & purchased, so a refund can't be initiated, although you can pause our services for a specific time period & resume it when you want. Further, in exceptional cases, if a refund is requested, Customer can directly write to us at info@leadrecharge.com, we will further review the case & take the necessary action accordingly.
5. Intellectual Property:
All content, materials, and intellectual property rights associated with our services, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned or licensed by Lead Recharge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct:
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of our services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
- Use any automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access or collect data from our services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our services.
7. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Lead Recharge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
8. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lead Recharge and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of The Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Amendments:
Lead Recharge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
